Shutters

Several residents have encountered difficulty in finding replacement shutters for their homes. Since all of us will be experiencing this problem in the future, the Association wants to try and make it easy for you to replace or repair your shutters by providing you with the following information:

1. All replacement shutters must be approved by the Design Review Committee before you replace them.
2. Replacement shutters must match the size and style of the shutters you are replacing and originally installed by Sanford Homes.
3. Oftentimes only the louvers need replacing. One warped louver can cause four other louvers to become warped. Replacement louvers are a minimal expense each. (Approximately $2.25 each)
4. If you need to replace the entire shutter, many homeowners recommend Chateau Shutters at 303-781-2959
