Pool Rule Changes…

The board reviewed the pool rules and the following pool rules are as follows:
Ages 12 and up can use the pool without adult supervision.
Children ages 9-11 must pass a swim test and have a signed waiver on file to swim without an adult (see a lifeguard for a waiver)
Children under the age of 9 need supervision by a caregiver over the age of 14
Pool rentals are: $50 payment to Homestead Farm HOA, $50 payment to Perfect Pools. The increase in pool rentals is for an added insurance policy that must be taken out for each rental. For rental information please contact Bridget Cunningham.
