Guests and Homeowners: N. Geitner, T. Hjelmstad, L. Wilson, C. Graham, K. Sherrod, K. Piazza, K. Kimpton, A. Blackford, P. Henn and Ryan Hurley from Peliton Insurance
Ryan Hurley from Peliton Insurance presented the board with information on what insurance we need to have for evening pool parties.
Homeowner Comments:
Homeowners asked for the unapproved meeting minutes to be sent out before the following months meeting where they are approved. It was also asked who is in charge of overseeing that trees and bushes do not hang over onto the sidewalks. more….
