Here is the supper club plan as promised. The attachment sums up the plan…it’s not as complicated as it sounds so don’t get caught up in the details…that is (Ann and Deb’s) job.
A total of about 28 couples showed interest. The basic idea is having it done as a progressive dinner with 3 stops and all buffet style to accommodate the larger groups (about 25 to 28 in each group).
Please reserve Saturday, January 23rd as the kick off date for our happy hour….probably 4:30 – 6:30ish. Details to follow.
Also, if after reading the attached summary, you do not want to be a host for one of the categories (appetizer, dinner or dessert) please let me know via email so I can keep you off of the hosting rotation. If you decide you want to be taken off the list of participants altogether based on the new format, please let me know as well.
