Architectural Info

One of the benefits of living in a covenant-controlled community is that everyone has agreed to maintain their houses and property to a common set of rules. These rules include our covenants and guidelines.

When you wish to make a change to the exterior of your home, for things such as new paint colors, fencing, “hardscaping” (such as built-in planters and garden retaining walls), and many other items, you are required to obtain the permission of the Design Review/Architectural Control Committee before starting any work.

To begin the approval process, fill out 2 copies of the Application for Architectural Change. Then give both copies to ACCU inorder for the request to be logged. It will then be forwarded onto the Design Review Committee. They’ll give you a response to your request within 30 days (they’ll return one copy to you and keep the other copy on file).
