 Zoning Map Update

Derek and Rita are working on updating the past code & zoning.  Past code has been in place for 25 years.  Goal is to preserve what is all ready developed, protect existing neighborhoods, and to remain competitive in the region.  Residential zoning is the current action, and there will be a public hearing in June.  By July and August Residential will be completed.  Focus for the Commercial side is planned for next year.  For information on the new code and zoning, you can go online to www.centennialcodeupdate.commore…

Thurs. May 12th thru Sat. May 14th

This is a GREAT opportunity for ALL neighbors to get rid of your unwanted “stuff” and help the Homestead Farm Swim Team! Remember, for only $20 you get free advertising in the Denver Post and Craigslist, great signage in the neighborhood and charity pick-up of all unsold items.  Sign up for the Annual Homestead Farm Tarpons Garage Sale… Bring your $20 check to Deb Trainor’s  7138 S. Glencoe Ct. and drop off at anytime in the envelope at front door by May 11th. Flyer on front porch will give  you more info. If you don’t want to have your own garage sale but want to get rid of your stuff drop it at my house on the front porch between now and May 11th. I’ll sell it and the money will go to the swim team!! Given that we only have 2 home meets this year instead of 3 this is a important fundraiser for the team.It be great if you want to organize your cul-du-sak or part of your street to get more participants. Just  a couple more neighbors on each side of you ups our donation and your curb side appeal! Thank You very much for your support! If you have any questions, contact Deb Trainor at or 720-940-4444.
