Homestead Farm’s Next Board of Directors meeting will be held January 25, 2010 at 7:00pm. Board meetings are held at the South Holly Baptist Church. Enter through the basement door.
The Homestead Farm Board of Directors and the HOA membership have approved the 2010 Operating Budget with the quarterly maintenance fees increasing to $208.00 per quarter, or $832.00 annually. Effective January 1, 2010, the quarterly payment of $208.00 is due on the 1st or each quarter (January, April, July, and October). Assessments not paid in full to the Association by the 15th of that month shall incur late fees and interest as provided for in the Governing Documents for Homestead Farm. Coupon booklets have been mailed. If you have your payments automatically deducted the new maintenace fee will be deducted on or about the 5th of each month.
